ᓰᐱᐦᑯ (Nehiyawewin: see-pih-go, “blue”) is an alien time traveler trying to find traces of his ancestors in what is now known as ‘Canada’. His paws and tail are blue, his compound ultra violet eyes can see thousands of colours and through the darkness. His manicured nails and horn are the height of fashion back on the mother ship, Wapakwaniy. It’s been a millennium since his people have touched the wet earth, cold water and brisk air on Earth. What should he see first? Who will he run into? Is this where he belongs? Who will recognize him?
